Bidding God Speed

 Could those who Bid God Speed be pointing to the unsaved Church that is Babylon?

BRINGING NOT THIS DOCTRINE: CHURCH BRINGING AN OPPOSING GOSPEL IN TRIBULATION?

2Jo 1:10  If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him NOT into your HOUSE, neither bid him God speed:

Ro 16:17  Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause **divisions** and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

Ex 8:23  And I will put a **division** between my people and thy people: to morrow shall this sign be.

Ro 16:18  For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and **fair speeches** deceive the hearts of the simple.

Ga1:8  But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any **other gospel** unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

2Ti 3:5  Having a **form of godliness**, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

RECEIVING INTO THE HOUSE: TO HAVE FELLOWSHIP WITH?

2Jo 1:10  If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him NOT into your HOUSE, neither bid him God speed:

Heb 3:6  But Christ as a son over his own house; WHOSE HOUSE ARE WE, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

Eph 2:19  Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the HOUSEHOLD OF GOD;

Joh 5:34  But I RECEIVE NOT testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved.

Joh 5:41  I RECEIVE NOT honour from men.

Joh 3:11  Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye RECEIVE NOT our witness.

Joh 5:43  I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye WILL RECEIVE.

NOT BIDDING GOD SPEED: ELECT REDEEMED FROM BABYLON (FALSE GOSPELS)?

2Jo 1:10-11  If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed <5463>:  For he that biddeth him God speed <5463> is partaker of his evil deeds.

Re 11:10  And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice <5463> over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.

Ro 1:32  Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but HAVE PLEASURE in them that do them.

Ro 2:1  Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest DOEST THE SAME THINGS.

Isa 58:13  If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding THINE OWN PLEASURE, nor speaking thine own words:

Pr 2:14  Who rejoice to do evil, and DELIGHT in the frowardness of the wicked;

1Co 13:6  Rejoiceth <5463> not (Charity) in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

PARTAKER OF EVIL DEEDS: HAVING FELLOWSHIP WITH FALSE PROPHETS?

2Jo 1:10-11  If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:  For he that biddeth him God speed <5463> is PARTAKER OF HIS EVIL DEEDS.

Ps 50:18  When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been PARTAKER with adulterers.

Eph 5:11  And have no FELLOWSHIP with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

1Ti 5:22  Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men’s sins: keep thyself pure.

Re 18:4  And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not PARTAKERS of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

SUMMARY CONCLUSION:

The Bible appears to be relating not bidding God’s Speed to the call to come out of Babylon. Those who bring a different gospel do so in tribulation. As the believers are separated from those tares, they are NOT bidding the Church God’s Speed (partaking of their evil deeds)
