Da 12:12 Blessed is he that WAITETH, and COMETH <05060> to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.

Ps 33:20 Our soul WAITETH for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.

SUMMARY: Apparently WAITING is primarily focused on the Elect enduring tribulation. The Body had to go through this time of judgment until PENTECOST. The historical outpouring of the Holy Spirit seemed to point to the spiritual outpouring when God would redeem the Elect from tribulation. Christ is the blessed one who patiently endured His atoning days on earth.   (Daniel 12:12).   Those who become saved, are blessed in Him and also waited for the Spirit to be poured out at the revelation of Christ.
