Da 7:11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame. 
Da 7:12 As concerning the REST of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.

Mt 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you REST.

Ru 3:1 Then Naomi her mother in law said unto her, My daughter, shall I not seek REST for thee, that it may be well with thee?

Re 20:5 But the REST of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

Isa 63:14 As a BEAST goeth down into the valley, the Spirit of the LORD caused him to REST: so didst thou lead thy people, to make thyself a glorious name.

Isa 34:14 The wild BEASTS of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall REST there, and find for herself a place of REST.

SUMMARY: The Bible appears to be showing that the REST of the beast is speaking Babylon. Rest is often identified with Christ. But in judgment it is antichrist. At the revelation of Christ, there were two possible outcome of the beast: 1) have its dominion taken away 2) have its life prolonged (redemption of the body).
