We Shall not all Sleep

1Co 15:51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not ALL SLEEP, but we shall all be changed,

Mt 25:5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and SLEPT.

Lu 22:46 And said unto them, Why SLEEP ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.

Mt 26:43 And he came and found them ASLEEP again: for their eyes were heavy.

1Th 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which SLEEP in Jesus will God bring with him.

1Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive, remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are ASLEEP.

Lu 8:52 And all wept, and bewailed her: but he said, Weep not; she is not dead, but SLEEPETH.

1Th 5:6  Therefore let us not SLEEP, as [] others; but let us watch and be sober.

1Th 5:7  For they that SLEEP sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.

Ro 13:11  And that, knowing the time, that now [it is] high time to awake out of SLEEP: for now [is] our salvation nearer than when we believed.

Joh 11:11  These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of SLEEP.

1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and THE DEAD shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the DEAD IN CHRIST shall rise first:

1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive, remain shall be caught up together with (HIM) in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

44 It is SOWN a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

Php 3:21  Who shall change our VILE BODY, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. Job 14:12 So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall NOT awake, nor be raised out of their SLEEP.

CONCLUSION: Apparently SLEEPING is spiritually associated with the state of the corporate church in tribulation. But God had promised to bring back the captivity of the ELECT only.
