The Books were Opened
Da 12:9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for THE WORDS are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.
Da 11:35 And some of them of understanding shall fall, to try them, and to purge, and to make {} white, {} to the time of the end: because it is yet for a time appointed.
Da 8:17 So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be THE VISION.
Hab 2:3 For THE VISION is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Re 5:2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to OPEN THE BOOK, and to loose the seals thereof? Re 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to OPEN THE BOOK, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
Re 5:3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to OPEN THE BOOK, neither to look thereon.
Re 5:4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to OPEN AND TO READ THE BOOK, neither to look thereon.
Re 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take THE BOOK, AND TO OPEN the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
Da 7:10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the BOOKS WERE OPENED.
Re 10:2 And he had in his hand a LITTLE BOOK OPEN: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
Re 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the BOOKS WERE OPENED: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
1Co 3:13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall TRY EVERY MAN'S WORK of what sort it is.
Re 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the BOOK OF LIFE, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
Re 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the BOOK OF LIFE of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Re 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the BOOK OF LIFE was cast into the lake of fire.
Re 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the BOOK OF LIFE, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
Php 4:3 And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the BOOK OF LIFE.
Conclusion: Apparently the BOOKS (Bible) are opened at the time God judges the Church. Also referred to as the time when the seals were loosed at the time of the end. Today, the elect are receiving revelation now that the seals are removed. It's also the time of the Dead to be judged: the unsaved church, BABYLON.
