SUMMARY:

In the context of tribulation and judgment, God appears to picture the Body of Christ as ONE MAN or PERSONALITY. This man is judged in tribulation and AT THE SAME TIME, HE (the Church) is redeemed. This would be in line with the Bible’s overall message: Bringing back the captivity of God's people (redemption) from the unsaved church Babylon at the revelation of Christ.
